An organometallic route for the preparation of ring-substituted 2-aryl-propanoic and -butanoic acids

This communication presents a simple and efficient way to synthesize 2-arylalkanoic acids via chromium carbonyl complexation.     

DMAIC流程在自动焊接质量改进中的应用

本文按照六西格玛DMIAC流程对A企业自动焊接质量进行改进.按照DMAIC流程对问题进行定义,明确改进目标。然后测定导致自动焊质量问题的可能原因,并对相关测量系统的能力进行评定和改进.在此基础上进一步分析导致质量问题的根本原因,并设计了一个2~((-2))试验方案,找出影响焊接缺陷的显著因素并进行优化,使得自动焊过程的缺陷水平降为DPHU低于0.05,超过了预期目标,成本节省显著。最后,为了保持改进成果,对过程建立了适当的在控制方法.     

Speciation of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) by Means of Melamine-Urea-Formaldehyde Resin and FAAS

 A method is described for the quantitative preconcentration and separation of trace chromium in water by adsorption on melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin. Cr(VI) is enriched from aqueous solutions on the resin. After elution the Cr(VI) is determined by FAAS. The capacity of the resin is maximal at ∼ pH 2. Total chromium can be determined by the method after oxidation of Cr(III) to Cr(VI) by hydrogen peroxide. The relative standard deviations (10 replicate analyses) for 10 mg/L levels of Cr(VI), Cr(III) and total chromium were 1.5, 3.5 and 2.8% respectively. The procedure has been applied to the determination and speciation of chromium in lake water, tap water and chromium-plating baths.     

荧光分析法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)

拟定了一个测定痕量铬（Ⅵ）的新的荧光分析法。在硫酸介质中,铬能氧化吡咯红Y。使其荧光猝灭,方法的检出限为2．2μg/L,线性范围为8．0－88μg/L。本法用于电镀废液、电镀液、合金钢中痕量Cr(Ⅵ）的测定,结果满意。     

Magnetic Resonance of Chromium (V) with 2–Hydroxy–2–Ethylbutyrates

A complex of Cr (V) with 2–hydroxy–2–ethylbutyric acid (EHBA) has been studied experimentally by the method of electron spin resonance (ESR). The tensor components of the g–factor, the dependences of the ESR line widths on the concentration of paramagnetic centers, and the SHF power of saturation are determined. It is shown that the main mechanism of dynamic polarization of nuclei in the EHBACr^V complex in a propanediol solution is the mechanism of dynamic cooling with a burnt hole. It has been established that the ESR spectra of the EHBACr^V solutions in deuterated and ordinary propanediol display practically the same behavior, which is indicative of the good solubility of the complex in deuterated alcohols.     

用卡尔曼滤波-分光光度法测定无机铬的形态

利用Ｋａｌｍａｎ滤波技术和二溴苯基荧光酮－溴化十六烷基三甲基铵－Ｃ_２Ｈ_５ＯＨ分光光度测定体系,同时对Ｃｒ（Ⅲ）和Ｃｒ（Ⅳ）进行测定。Ｃｒ（Ⅲ）的表观摩尔吸光系数为１．９６ × １０~５ Ｌ· ｍｏｌ~（－１）·ｃｍ~（－１）,线性范围为０～ ４．０ ｘ１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ;Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）的表观摩尔吸光系数为４．１６ ×１０~５Ｌ· ｍｏｌ~（－１）· ｃｍ~（－１）,线性范围为０～５．２×１０~（－１）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。     

Characterization and Catalytic Properties of Aerogel Chromium Oxide Supported by Alumina or Silica

Alumina or silica supported chromium oxide catalysts prepared by sol-gel technique have been investigated by X-ray diffraction, BET analysis, combined diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, EPR and reduction-extraction by ethane 1,2 diol. The results reveal the presence of Cr³⁺, Cr⁵⁺ and Cr⁶⁺ ions. Chromium species Cr⁶⁺ are isolated and atomically dispersed on the alumina support as free chromate CrO ₄ ^2– while on silica, dichromate or polychromate species like Cr₂O ₇ ^2– or Cr₃O ₁₀ ^2– predominate. Chromium oxide exhibits a better catalytic properties for paraxylene partial oxidation, when it is supported on alumina. The difference of oxidation states and degree of oligomerisation of chromium on the two supports affects the catalytic properties.     

铜基催化剂催化合成气一步合成甲醇和甲酸甲酯IV.空速、反应时间、杂质和Cu-Cr摩尔比的影响(英文)

在低温低压和浆态反应条件下,考察了空速、反应时间、杂质及Ｃｕ－Ｃｒ摩尔比对铜基催化剂催化合成气一步合成甲醇和甲酸甲酯反应的影响。实验结果表明,空速对催化剂活性有较显著的影响;ＣＯ转化率与反应时间无关,但Ｈ２的转化率与反应时间有关。在１５小时之内Ｈ２的转化率随反应时间增加而缓慢增加,此后与反应时间无关。此外,高浓度的杂质使催化剂的活性和寿命下降,而且Ｃｕ／Ｃｒ摩尔比和热处理气氛对催化剂的物相和活性也有显著的影响。
